Crunchy Taco Lettuce Wraps from Allergy Reality


  • 1 Head Butter Lettuce
  • 1 Pound Ground Beef
  • 1 Teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Dried Minced Garlic



Cook your protein. For this recipe preheat a large cast iron skillet or non-stick skillet on medium high heat. Add the ground beed and cook for 7-10 minutes of until the beef is cooked through.

Removed excess grease and add the salt, oregano, chili powder, and dried minced garlic. Stir to combine.

Wash butter lettuce and prepare all of your toppings.
