Dairy and Gluten Free Frozen Yogurt

Pressed Juicery is one of my favorite places for dairy free frozen yogurt.  I get the same one every time.... Chocolate with fresh strawberries.
Unfortunately we don't have one super close to our house so when I get a craving for this stuff I got to make it myself.  Its super easy and all you need are a couple ingredients. Enjoy!
Dairy Free Frozen Yogurt by AllergyReality.com
Pressed Juicery Copycat Frozen Yogurt
2 Large Bananas, Very Ripe
1/2 Cup Pitted Medjool Dates
4 Cups Califia Farms Chocolate Almond Coconut Milk (or your favorite brand)
3 Teaspoons Cocoa Powder
Pinch Of Salt
Dairy Free Chocolate
Fresh Strawberries, Sliced
1. Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until very smooth (2-3 minutes).
2. Transfer the liquid to an ice cream maker (make sure your ice cream bowl has been frozen for at least 24 hours).  Turn the ice cream machine on for about 10-12 minutes or until the mixture becomes the consistency of frozen yogurt.
3. You can serve at this point (my favorite) or you can place in the freezer for 15-20 minutes to harden more.  If you freeze this mixture completely it becomes very hard so let it sit out for a little before serving.
4. Scoop desired amount of ice cream into a serving bowl and top with chocolate and strawberries.
