Gluten free baking mixes have come a long way in taste and texture, but most are still struggling. We have an amazing tip that will help you create the perfect gluten free baked goodies! We use this tip for everything from pancakes to cakes and it really makes a huge difference.

We add a little bit of Jell-O instant pudding mix to all of our Gluten Free baking recipes. It adds more flavor, but also helps with the texture and taste of the products. You can literally try this tip for everything… pancakes, waffles, muffins, cookies, cakes, brownies…..EVERYTHING! Just add 1/2 the mix to whatever you are baking. Its also fun to spice things up. You can add banana pudding mix to your gluten free pancake mix to make banana pancakes or add in chocolate caramel pudding mix to your favorite gluten free brownie mix to make caramel chocolate brownies! Another thing we are really excited about is Jell-o created a “simply good” brand where they finally took out all the preservatives, dyes and artificial flavorings which makes me even more HAPPY (just make sure you get the right package, they do still have the boxes with all the crap in them).
