Tacos Aren't Made For Tuesday Only!

Can anyone else eat tacos EVERY. SINGLE. NIGHT? Tacos are a go to in our house and they are so easy and convenient.  These are gluten free but can easily be dairy free as well if you leave off the cheese.  Also you can fry your tortillas in coconut oil for a soy free option.  Make sure you always check your oil especially vegetable oils because they can contain soy!  We love these handmade tortillas and they are certified gluten free.

We made these with ground beef, but you can most certainly make them with ground turkey as well.  I typically x5 the taco seasoning recipe so I can make it once for the whole month.  Just place it in an air tight container and you are all set.  Make sure you watch the video in step 3 on how to make the perfect hard taco shell as well!  We are sharing our secrets with you.  Enjoy the recipe!

Allergy Reality shares the best gluten free hard taco with a step by step video on how to make the perfect hard taco shell. You can get the recipe on www.allergyreality.com
